Eurythmy Workshops Kishu Wong will be holding a monthly Eurythmy workshop, I am particularly interested in this form of art which is practised daily in Steiner schools. The rhythmical movements carried out in the Dr.Hauschka Treatments derive from Eurythmy movements. Eurythmy is a holistic art of movement that arose out of the work of Rudolf Steiner, & has since been developed by others. Using poetry, music, colour & movement, Eurythmy expresses all soul experiences. With its tendency towards beauty & harmony, Eurythmy provides food for the soul which is so often lacking in our everyday lives & puts us back in touch with the creative sources of life. In this workshop, we will experience some artistic, educative, social & healing sides of Eurythmy. Exercises to improve coordination, concentration, memory, & to raise consciousness are also explored. It is an excellent way to relax, have fun, feel good & social. Suitable for beginners & intermediate students. Please wear comfortable clothing & shoes. Saturday the 13th of September will be the first date, from 9.30am - 12.30pm.
